Project Description & Scope
The annual rehabilitation monitoring program assesses rehabilitation progress against the objectives and completion criteria outlined in the mine’s Rehabilitation Management Plan.
The annual rehabilitation monitoring included:
– Monitoring of standardised 50m long transects, with nested 1m x 1m and 2m x 2m plots.
– Establishment of new transects.
– A rehabilitation audit was completed, which involved a comprehensive site walk over, opportunistic sightings and assessments.
– Preparation and delivery of an Annual Rehabilitation Monitoring Report.
