Details -

The purpose of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is to assess the potential economic, environmental and social impacts of a project. The Environmental Impact Statement report will be prepared by a qualified Environmental Scientist and sub-specialists in the areas applicable to the project (i.e. ecologist). The report will address all local, federal and national environmental legislation including, but not limited to, the New South Wales Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 (BC Act), the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act), Council Local Environmental Plans (LEPs), and Council Development Control Plans (DCPs).
