Desk-Based Archaeological Surveys and Reports

A Desk-based assessment identifies the likely presence, nature and significance of below ground archaeological remains or relics and where appropriate includes any built heritage existing in the project area. The assessment is the first step in identifying next steps in managing heritage particularly where a development application or proposal is being prepared.

Visual Amenity Assessment

A visual amenity impact assessment consists of a series of radial analyses that have been undertaken to assess likely views of a proposed development project.
Radial analyses are developed using 3D topographic information, aerial photographs and electronic data files relating to site infrastructure. The radial analysis illustrates what is visible from a height of 1.7 meters at that location (i.e. from average eye height).
