Project Description & Scope

The program aims to build capacity in the management of contaminated land in NSW. Our Role

Moss Environmental has successfully delivered stage 1 and 2 of the CLM capacity building program, and is currently engaged to deliver stage 3 throughout 2022. Stage 1 consisted of the consultation, preparation, delivery and training for new CLM policies and procedures for each council within the ROC. Stage 2 consisted of design and delivery of an 8-module (epa reviewed) training program, delivered over 10-months to 45 participants. Stage 3 consists of capacity building within all 5 councils under the ROC for implementation of the Policy’s, Procedures, Register and UPSS regulation responsibilities.
